Razor Wire Overcoat

Art and other things by Eric J. Millar.

Drawings made for a screen printing workshop put on by Le Dernier Cri at The Projects in Portland, OR.

A mini-comic I made in January.  I was getting a bit stressed about painting rather large pictures and decided to try changing things up a bit.

I designed a t-shirt for a local business here in Portland, through a really cool artist outreach program they’ve been doing for a while.  I’m insanely happy with how they turned out.  These are available in four different colors at Float On’s storefront location on Hawthorne Boulevard.

Mud Luscious Online Journal 20

Issue 20 of Mud Luscious Press’ online literary journal is up and it contains a piece by me entitled “Two Lovers in an Empty Room,” which is an excerpt from my novelette Obscura.

Mud Luscious Press is an insanely awesome small press publisher and it’s pretty fucking awesome to included in issue 20.  The design for Obscura was actually based on the design of MLP’s Nephew series, which I loved.  If you’re interested in checking out their stuff, their First Year anthology is a great place to start.  If you like challenging, complicated literature, give them some of your money.  You won’t regret it.

Because I find this kind of thing way more funny than I probably should, here’s a screenshot of the search terms that brought people to Obscura on my Scribd page.
Wide Hip Brutal Old Lady is going to be the name of a band some day, mark my words.
